4 bedroom holiday let

A lovely 4 bedroom self catering holiday cottage with two downstairs bedrooms, well suited for those with limited mobility. The cottage has underfloor heating thoughout with natural stone and oak flooring.

There is a delightful sitting room with beamed ceiling, comfortable seating, free sat HD TV, Netflix, Hi-fi, Dvd player and Wi-fi. Off the living area is a large kitchen with separate dining area. Also on the ground floor a bedroom wing with vaulted and beamed ceilings. There are two bedrooms and a wet room, a super king room and a small twin room with 2 full sized single beds. The two ground floor bedrooms are better used for a family group, if using both bedrooms for adults be aware that the small twin is just 3.5m x 2.2m so definately on the cosy side!

Upstairs there are two bedrooms, a king sized master bedroom with ensuite shower room and a twin with zip & link beds which can be configured as superking or twin beds. Room for a put up bed for a child in both upstairs bedrooms (extra charge). There is also a family bathroom with a bath and separate shower. Please see the floor plan.

Outside there is a large private patio & garden area with garden furniture.

This cottage has many features that will suit those with limited mobility, two downstairs bedrooms, ground floor wetroom, 2' 9" wide doorways, hard paving from the parking area to the cottage. Full access guide and mobility aids available.

This cottage provides very flexible accommodation, you can book the ground floor (2 bedrooms) for smaller parties (late availability only) and it can be connected to the adjacent Foldyard Cottage for larger parties of up to 12. The two cottages connect via two doors in the kitchen of each cottage, when not open these doors are securely locked (we hold the keys) and extra sound insulation is placed between to two doors. This ensures your privacy, security and peace and quiet!
